Withdrawal & Refunds
In short. Our files are digital content delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once supply has begun, so ready-made files, bundles and the full library cannot be returned once they have been made available to you. Custom names can be withdrawn until we send you the files. If a file is faulty, you always have your statutory rights: we fix it, or you get a price reduction or your money back.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SIA IdeaDesign, Piķurgas iela 48, Ulbroka, Stopiņu pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-2130, Latvia, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also fill in and submit the withdrawal declaration electronically with our withdrawal function. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e-mail) without delay, showing the content of your declaration and the date and time it was submitted.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends once supply has begun, if you gave your prior express consent to supply starting during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this on a durable medium. We ask for this consent and acknowledgement at checkout and confirm it in your order e-mail.
- Library files, bundles and the full library: made available immediately after payment, so the right of withdrawal ends at that moment.
- Custom names: you can withdraw until we send you the files.
- Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Faulty files
If a file does not match its description (for example a misspelled name, the wrong design, a missing format or a file that does not open in the listed software), write to [email protected] with your order number. We send a corrected file. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can choose a proportionate price reduction or a full refund. Consumers can make such a claim within 2 years of supply. See section 9 of the Terms of Sale.
Our extra promise
If you accidentally bought the same file twice, tell us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.
