License
Every file is sold with one of two licenses, chosen before purchase. The full library always includes the Commercial license. Both licenses are granted by SIA IdeaDesign, are perpetual and non-exclusive, and cannot be transferred to another person or company.
Personal license
- Cut, engrave or otherwise make physical ornaments from the file for yourself and as gifts.
- You may not sell the physical items you make.
Commercial license
- Make physical products from the file and sell them, online or offline, in unlimited quantity.
- Use photos of products you made from the file to market them.
- The license belongs to the buyer named on the order. A license certificate (PDF) with your name or company and the order number is available on the order confirmation page and in your order e-mail.
Never allowed (both licenses)
- Selling, sharing, giving away or redistributing the digital files (SVG, DXF, LBRN2) or modified versions of them, in whole or in part.
- Uploading the files to cut-file, print-on-demand or marketplace platforms as digital products.
- Claiming the designs as your own.
You may modify the files for your own production and keep backup copies for your own use.
Ownership
The designs remain the property of SIA IdeaDesign and are protected by copyright. If the license terms are breached, the license ends automatically. Questions: [email protected].
