The order will be dispatched within 48h after the payment is cleared Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day. If the shipping takes more than 15 ( Europe ) and 20 ( rest of the world) business days please contact us, according to our local post office policies package is considered lost after 30 days from the date it was dispatched.

We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter list from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions first please subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this page.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or three things:
- Your order was never actually placed and processed.
- You have entered an incorrect email address with your order
- Email got into your spam folder
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email or call our customer service department
You can change the order until it has been shipped.
We do not accept any returns for personalized items.
